GTATrend provides creator-intelligence tools for discovering and acting on emerging GTA VI content opportunities. This policy explains the personal data processed when you visit the site or use an account.

Information we process

We process account details such as name, email address, password hash, creator preferences, timezone, saved topics, alerts, and product usage. We also process limited security and operational data such as IP-derived request information, timestamps, authentication events, and error logs. We never store payment-card details. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, processes checkout, subscription, invoice, tax, and payment information under its own privacy terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide and secure the service, manage subscriptions, deliver requested alerts and account emails, support customers, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. Depending on your location, processing is based on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate GTATrend, such as hosting, email, analytics, AI, and Paddle when configured. We do not sell personal data. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized under controlled procedures.

Your choices and rights

You may update account preferences and opt out of optional briefings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
