These terms govern your use of GTATrend, a subscription creator- intelligence service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

GTATrend detects emerging topics, measures creator competition, ranks evidence-backed opportunities, and provides content-planning tools. Outputs are research and editorial aids, not guarantees of performance, accuracy, revenue, or audience growth. Confirmed, reported, rumor, and do-not-claim distinctions must be respected by users.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and notify support of suspected compromise. You may not misuse the service, evade access controls, interfere with infrastructure, extract data at unreasonable scale, violate third-party rights, or use outputs for unlawful or misleading claims.

Subscriptions and payment

Free access is €0. Creator is €19 per month and Pro is €39 per month. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, tax, receipts, and payment processing. Entitlements follow the subscription state received from Paddle, not a checkout redirect.

Ownership and availability

GTATrend and its original software, presentation, and analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in material you submit. We may change or discontinue features, suspend abusive accounts, and perform maintenance. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Independence and liability

GTATrend is an independent creator intelligence platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTATrend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions made from trend signals. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
