Refund Policy

Effective 30 August 2026

GTATrend Creator and Pro are monthly digital subscriptions. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and approved refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Unless local law or the checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period.

Refund requests

If you were charged in error, experienced a material service failure, or believe a refund is required by applicable consumer law, contact us promptly with the account email, transaction reference, and reason. Requests are assessed fairly and processed through Paddle. This policy does not limit mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.
